Hey everyone! We recently collaborated with Linda Goin of AppomattoxNews.com to launch a multi-regional network for professionals wanting to explore social media use (current invitation is for those who live and work along the James River in Central Virginia – Lynchburg, Bedford, Richmond, Roanoke, etc.). We’re proud to introduce: Social Media River
We helped develop the main concept for the network, designed the logo, handled the social media proliferation (spreading the network’s roots out to Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter) and also worked on customizing the social network (we’re using Ning). We also have been spreading the word and continue to help maintain the little seedling of a community as it grows (we grow things organically by the way). We have big ideas for the future of Social Media River! So stay tuned.
